Berry Recruitment in Birmingham has appointed Mark Reynoldsas its new operations manager. The branch works in the industrial, driving,catering and cleaning sectors but from the new year is adding health care toits portfolio.
Previously to joining Berry, Mark ran his own businessspecialising in recruiting in health care and sees it as a growing part of therecruitment industry. He anticipates an improving economy across all sectors inthe Midlands during 2016 and will be seeking to add to his own staff in duecourse.
When Mark had the opportunity to join Berry Recruitment hehad little hesitation in becoming part of the fast-growing group. He said: “Ihave worked in this area for a number of years and I’m very familiar with theregion. After selling my share of the firm I ran I was offered the role atBerry and jumped at the chance.
“Berry really is a great company to work for and althoughit is large and ambitious, it has a family feel about it. It’s lovely to comein each day and have a bit of office banter. Having experience in the healthcare sector it made sense to add that to the specialities of the branch andfrom the new year we’ll be recruiting health care assistants at first.
“I have a great team here and there is certainly work outthere and increasingly companies are using agencies to recruit the necessarystaff.”
