Job Title: Head Chef

Location: Ottery St Mary

Salary: £16p/h weekly pay but must work a week in hand.

Hours: Monday to Friday 6am till 2:15pm

Start date: Tuesday the 22^nd of April

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare balanced, seasonal, and creative menus that meet dietary and nutritional standards.


• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of kitchen staff, ensuring high performance and professional development.


• Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen.


• Collaborate with school staff to accommodate students' dietary requirements and allergies.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a Head Chef.


• Strong skills and attention to detail.


• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
