Position Overview:


They are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Advisor to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the business by delivering excellent customer service and helping to expand our customer base. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and a commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

  • Sales Support: Assist in processing orders, managing customer accounts, and providing product information and recommendations.

  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand their customer base and increase sales by reaching out to potential clients.

  • Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including logistics and accounts, to ensure seamless service delivery.


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and people skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Knowledge of engineering products or consumables is a plus but not required.
