Our client a family run market leading egg distributor based in Hatfield Heath are currently looking for an office administrator on a temporary to permanent basis.


This position will be paying between £12 per hour depending on experience.


The hours are Monday to Friday 6 hours a day, flexible start time.


To be suitable for this position you will need to:



  • Have excellent communication skills

  • Be able to build and maintain professional relationships

  • Although this is not primarily a sales role you would need to be able to up sell to clients

  • Strong administration skills

  • Able to learn how to use SAGE for invoices and cash payments


Previous experience using Sage would be an advantage and will be seen as a desirable skill, however training can be given for the right candidate.


You will be responsible for:



  • Assisting in the general administration work in the office

  • Assisting Accounts

  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls

  • Both Customer and Client Invoicing and Receipts

  • Customer Service with both clients and customers

  • Up selling to clients

  • Chasing overdue payments

  • General Admin Duties


Due to the remote location and lack of public transport links of the company, you would need to have your own transport.
