Job Title: Part-Time Administrator


Location: Remote


Hours: 16 hours per week


Salary: £12 per hour


Berry Recruitment are seeking a conscientious and organised Remote Part-Time Administrator to join a busy establishment based in King's Lynn. This role is perfect for someone looking to work from home with flexible hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including data input, managing driver details, handling tender processes, and maintaining files.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Data Input: Accurately enter and update data in our systems.

  • Driver Details Management: Maintain and update driver records, ensuring all information is current and accurate.

  • Tender Processes: Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring all deadlines are met.

  • File Management: Organise and maintain electronic files, ensuring easy access and retrieval.

  • General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support as needed, including responding to emails and phone calls, making and booking appointments.


Requirements:



  • Proven experience in an administrative role.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment.
