Job Title: Part-Time Administrator
Location: King's Lynn
Job Type: Temporary - Permanent
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM / 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM (16 hours)
Salary: £12.21 - £12.41 an hour

Berry Recruitment are seeking a Part-Time Administrator to assist with general office tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and customer service for a busy establishment based in King's Lynn.

This is a flexible role, perfect for someone with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle administrative tasks, including managing emails and scheduling.


• Maintain and update databases and documents.


• Answer telephone calls and respond to enquiries.


• Prepare reports, letters, and other correspondence.


• Assist with adhoc administrative projects.

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative experience (preferred).


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).


• Strong communication and organisational skills.


• Ability to work independently and as a team.
