Description:

Berry Recruitment are seeking a detail-oriented Service Co-Ordinator. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations within the service department, delivering excellent customer service and support to engineers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate service appointments.


• Prepare and issue accurate service quotes, following up with customers as needed.


• Handle customer enquiries, resolving any issues.


• Coordinate with engineers to ensure they have necessary resources and information.


• Maintain accurate documentation, including service records, quotes, and invoices.


• Provide general admin support, including tracking orders and filing paperwork.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Experience in service coordination, customer service, or administration.


• Strong organisational and communication skills.


• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).


• Prior experience in a HVAC or a heating/insulation environment is preferred but not essential.

Additional Information:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday.


• Up to £30,000 per annum dependent on experience.
