About the Role:
In this exciting position, you’ll support the Head Chef in managing a fast-paced kitchen, showcasing your skills in preparing and presenting exceptional dishes. You’ll also play a key role in inspiring and mentoring junior team members, all while contributing your creativity to a menu that reflects the finest coastal flavours.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP in a high-pressure kitchen environment.


• A passion for seasonal, sustainable ingredients and innovative cooking.


• Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team during busy service.


• Excellent organisational skills and a calm, collected approach under pressure.
