As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service to our Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues, ensuring a quick and effective resolution.

  • Order Processing: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and any post-purchase concerns.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

  • Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and service levels are maintained.


Essential Skills and Experience:



  • Fluent in Spanish and English: Both written and spoken.

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and handle challenging situations.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various computer systems and software, with a good understanding of CRM systems being a plus.

  • Team Player: A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
