We are seeking a very organised individual to assist with the smooth and efficient running of the office.


Duties and responsibilities



  • Maintain staff activity sheet and distribute weekly

  • Arrange catering for meetings/training at Gosport

  • Make/Book travel arrangements (Flights/Hire cars/Hotels etc) for various meetings/customer visits/Open house events for the Directors/Sales/Applications

  • Distribute agenda and minutes of quarterly sales meetings

  • Proof read/check and PDF monthly/quarterly sales reports and distribute

  • Keep record of annual holidays for sales/applications teams

  • Placing orders for stationery/work wear

  • Prepare and issue training certificates

  • Keep accurate records of company vehicles, send reminders when MOT's are due

  • Carry our Annual driver licence check via Driver Hire Dashboard

  • Cover for the machine sales quotation process

  • Ad hoc tasks within the After Sale department


Requirements



  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Good data entry skills with strong attention to detail

  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

  • Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise workload

  • Confident with use of Word, Excel and Outlook


Salary £24,000 -£26,000 DOE
