A fantastic opportunity has arisen!


We are looking for a chef de partie based in the stunning Newquay area. This position is being offered on a permanent basis including company perks.


Joining a 4-star 2 AA Rosette restaurant.



You will be responsible for the following:



  • Prepare menus content in line with the brand

  • Ensuring prep is completed and stock is replenished

  • Preparing seasonal ingredients to create the freshest dishes around

  • Working under senior chef guidance and presenting dishes in new creative ways

  • Efficient cooking to ensure timely preparation of dishes

  • Adhering to strict health and safety measures and the up-most food hygiene standards

  • Any other duties as required


Previous background working in a busy kitchen environment, experience in rosette quality kitchen preferable. Working in a vibrant kitchen environment, using your creative initiative to work independently and under supervision.


This position consists of working 35hrs a week minimum with possibility of extra hours available.


The pay for this role would be £13 p/h.
