Berry Recruitment are seeking a Legal Administrator on behalf of our client based near the Watford area.

Role Overview: This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about law, particularly conveyancing, and eager to grow in a supportive and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a variety of administrative tasks.

Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm (Office Based)

Salary: £22000-£23000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to the legal team, allowing them to focus on their core legal responsibilities.


• Review and edit legal documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.


• Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and maintain confidentiality.


• Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and ensure professional and courteous client interactions.


• Occasionally oversee the reception area, maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors.

Requirements

• An LLB Law degree is required.


• A strong interest in conveyancing and property law.


• Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.


• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take on new challenges.


• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately.
