Job Advertisement: Temporary LGV Driver

Location: Cramlington
Salary: £12 per hour
Duration: 8-10 weeks from mid-August
Working Hours: Monday and Wednesday, two days per week

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Temporary LGV Driver to join our team for a short-term assignment. This role will be for 8-10 weeks starting from mid-August, working two days per week on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate an LGV to transport goods to various locations.


• Ensure timely delivery and pick-up of goods.


• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and any issues encountered.


• Adhere to all driving regulations and company policies.


• Perform vehicle inspections before and after each shift.

Requirements:

• Valid LGV license.


• Experience as an LGV driver.


• Good knowledge of local roads and routes.


• Excellent time management and organisational skills.


• Ability to work independently and handle unexpected situations effectively.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
