Job Advertisement: Office Manager


Location: Bishop Auckland


Salary: £30,000 per annum


Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am until 5pm (Note, this is a fully onsite-based role)



An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established local business in Bishop Auckland as an Office Manager.


As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a proactive, confident, and organised individual with a can-do attitude and the ability to multitask. You will be joining a team of successful individuals, helping to take our already thriving business to the next level. While a background in construction is desirable, it is not essential.



Role and Responsibilities:




  • Handling correspondence and queries via email and telephone.

  • Responsible for the completion of RAMS.

  • Processing and chasing invoices.

  • Organising and attending weekly contract meetings.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients.

  • Implementing and maintaining office administrative procedures and systems.

  • Attending meetings with senior management and clients.

  • Organising plant machinery for site operations.

  • Liaising with site staff to ensure proactive results on site are achieved.
