Berry Recruitment is out looking for an experienced Sales Manager!

We are seeking for an experienced Sales Manager that is looking for a new permanent position in the Spalding area!

• Salary £50,000 depending on the experience.


• Company Car! - Cannot have any more than 3 points on the licence.


• Monday to Friday - Mostly working from the office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, Technical and Production teams to commercialise new products


• Ensure that multi-year sales and royalty targets are achieved, developing all available market opportunities


• Create joint business plans for major customers


• Maintain a high level of commercial and technical expertise, to ensure respect and effectiveness in the industry


• Participate in all activities including Open Days, Conferences, Briefings, internal and external meetings


• Work to a customer-centric ethos including significant travel in the UK and Europe, which may occur outside standard working hours

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role.


• Ability to work under pressure and strong attention to detail.


• Previous experience in working with KPI's - working towards targets.


• Previous experience in negotiating and closing deals.


• Full Driving Licence - no more than 3 points on the licence.
