Description:

Berry Recruitment are currently seeking a Sales Order Processor for our client based in Watford.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for increasing sales through customer interaction, managing sales admin and logistics to ensure timely order processing and delivery, and introducing and maintaining product ranges.

Salary: £28000 - £32000 per annum

Hours: 9.00am-5.30pm (Office based)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Administration:




• Process and track customer orders.


• Follow up on customer enquiries and marketing activities.


• Work with the field sales team to maximise customer opportunities.




• Technical Support:




• Provide technical support to the sales team and customers.


• Prepare quotes and assist with product selection.




• Product Management:




• Conduct market and competitor research.


• Identify new product opportunities and oversee new product introductions.

Qualifications:

• Required:




• GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent.


• Strong questioning, telephone, and communication skills.


• Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.


• Ability to understand technical products and customer needs.


• Fluent in English for technical communications.




• Desirable:




• GCSE/A Levels in Physics or related technical subjects.


• Degree or higher qualification in engineering, science, or related field.


• Two years' experience in a similar role
