Shift Manager

Berry Recruitment are currently looking for a Shift Manager based at a popular hotel establishment near Hunstanton.

As a Shift Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing hotel operations during your shifts. Your responsibilities will include:

1. 
   

   Scheduling and Staff Management:

   
   
   
   
   • Working alongside the General Manager and hotel staff to ensure all tasks and paperwork are complete.
   
   
   • Distributing assignments to hotel staff to ensure smooth operations.
   
   
   
   


2. 
   

   Guest Services:

   
   
   
   
   • Greeting and serving customers.
   
   
   • Handling client complaints promptly and courteously.
   
   
   • Ensuring high guest satisfaction in the delivery of all services.
   
   
   
   


3. 
   

   Safety and Compliance:

   
   
   
   
   • Adhering to safety rules and regulations.
   
   
   • Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
   
   
   
   

Qualifications:

• Management experience is required.


• Previous hospitality experience.


• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Shift Pattern: 45 hours a week - 2 days off a week - Weekends required

Salary: Between £27,000 - £29,000 per annum dependent on experience.
