As a support worker you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with their personal needs, promoting independence, and enhancing their quality of life.
Providing personal care and support to individuals
Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing.
Supporting individuals to join in social activities.
Encouraging independence
Documenting and reporting on individual’s progress.
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends.
You will be required to work towards the care certificate and undertake mandatory training.
You will be required to work 5 days out of 7 on a shift rota
08:00-20:00 or 20:00-08:00
